You can choose from three different levels of Alert Viewing. Trojan Remover can be set to only pop up an Alert screen when a confirmed Malware file is detected (the default), to pop up an alert on confirmed malware and files not located, or it can be set to show an Alert screen on all unknown files called at boot-time.
To set the Alert level select the required choice from the 'Options' menu; you can also click on the

button to choose between the first and third options.
